Storekeeper Full-time Job

Maintain inventory with minimum and maximum stock level.

Maintain all relevant records such holding stock, daily requisition, and issue vouchers.

Monthly random inventory verification and conduct annual audit.

Submit reports of non-moving / fast- moving parts.

Orders, receive, and stores auto spare parts used in the repair/maintenance of company fleet.

Maintain parts properly in storage status, keeps stock room clean orderly.

Coordinate / report the part request and delivery dates with all concerns.

Ensure Adequate record keeping and manage all documentations to confirm proper stock level and maintain inventory control.

Maintain the job cards with mechanics for spare parts issuing and records.
