Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issuances
Monitor stock movements and conduct regular stock counts
Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items
Tally Usage:
Utilize Tally software for tracking and managing inventory data
Generate reports and analyze inventory data for decision-making
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in Tally records
Receiving and Dispatching:
Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents
Prepare and process outbound shipments accurately
Coordinate with suppliers and carriers for timely deliveries
Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials
Report damaged or defective items and coordinate returns when necessary
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all inventory-related activities
Generate reports on stock levels, usage, and trends
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Storekeeper with expertise in using Tally software
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
