Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury jewelry retail management role

Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets in the luxury jewelry market

Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing a high-performing team

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and experience in creating captivating store displays for luxury jewelry products

Proficiency in inventory management and stock control for valuable jewelry inventory

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced luxury retail environment

Passion for luxury jewelry and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends
