Your Role And Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the store team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Maintain store operations excellence by ensuring store throughput meets performance metrics
Analyze and monitor customer and store data to identify trends and trends in needs
Lead visual merchandising efforts to ensure highest aesthetics ensuring positive brand
Interact with customers in the store with pleasant and helpful attitude
Monitor inventory ensuring that product in stock meets store sales targets
Follow loss prevention and safety procedures
Ensure store compliance with established policies, procedures and standards
Work with Regional Manager to drive store performance
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
3 years of management experience in retail environment
Customer service experience
Supervisory and customer service experience
Expert knowledge of the fashion industry
Strong business acumen
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
