Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.

Proven Experience with Oracle Cloud modules.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM with a focus on Core HR, Self-Service, and Payroll modules.

Proven experience in leading Oracle EBS HCM implementations

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
