Responsibilities:
Consolidation, tracking and reporting of all HR initiatives and dashboards for all individual HR teams
Support to Head of HR on group-level initiatives
Gather inputs from the various units within Etisalat Group HR related to strategic initiatives/programs or high importance and its impact on HR matters, consolidate and conduct relevant analysis in order to serve as an input for the HR strategy development
Report on HR performance to ensure effective implementation of HR strategy and performance against specific HR initiatives
Help draft reports to assist the management in order to support decision-taking procedures
Perform detailing of project activities and develop project schedule with timelines, milestones, deliverables, and allocated resources
Maintain a high-level dashboard showing key metrics for HR activities and programs being delivered to business
Develop HR budget planning in line with the HR strategy direction and recommended projects and ensure that all special projects are delivered on-time, within scope
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Responsible for helping the head in preparation of annual / periodic budgets and plans and aid in cascading them through different individual business heads.
Responsible for consolidation needed on initiatives undertaken across different LoBs by the Talent Acquisition or Rewards & OD, in terms of performance tracking and reporting
Work with TA partner, Rewards & OD Partner, and HRBPs to identify gap areas in the current Organization from an HR perspective (that is in Talent Management, LnD, OD, etc.) and escalate the same to the Head of HR.
Seek inputs on key HR initiatives from the GCHRO and Group HR CoEs to address HR `gap/ opportunity areas, in consultation with the CHRO e&enterprise
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Behavioral Management or related fields with 4-6 years of total experience in a generalist HR Role/ HR projects management role
