Knowledge and experience in working with Oracle Fusion

Deep knowledge in GL accounting and closing activities including but not limited to (bank reconciliation , closing and reconciling FA and AR module, posting monthly accruals)

IPSAS knowledge is a plus but minimum he should be familiar with IFRS standards

Intermediate skills in excel

Understanding of FTA VAT requirements and reporting.

Certificates such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA is a plus.
