Key Accountabilities

Job Specific Accountabilities

Develop and implement consistent and realistic operational plans for the LCS&IG Directorate and related Group Companies and ensure that the corporate functions are integrated and aligned with the overarching Group Communication strategy.

Develop and implement LCS&IG communication plans via defining objectives, metrics, communication tools, channels and target audiences. These should all be aligned to business requirements and expectations.

Analyzes and reviews the effectiveness of communication messages, tools and channels, and continuously identifies improvements to the communication strategy of LCS&IG Communications to ensure that communication is consistently and continually focused on driving business results.

Plans and supervises engagement and stake-holder awareness opportunities to support the strategic initiatives and programs of LCS&IG Communications.

Supports in helping develop and manage content and the story development ambitions and objectives of LCS&IG Communications.

Creates strong and trusted client relationships with business and corporate functional leaders and heads (and other internal clients), to become their valued partner relating to LCS&IG Communications issues.

Reviews LCS&IG Communications material and messages in order to ensure optimum internal promotion of the Group's brands, internal strategic initiatives, and projects.

Contributes to the development of an effective internal corporate communications system in order to reach out to all employees. These channels should deliver consistent and trusted messages that ensures a two-way communication environment relating to LCS&IG Communications.

Supports LCS&IG Communications in identifying potential opportunities for improving communication with internal and external audiences to achieve business objectives.

Supervise the day-to-day activities of all communication programs and initiatives relating to LCS&IG Communications to ensure consistency, transparency and effectiveness of internal communication throughout the Group.

Support the development and delivery of internal communication training and awareness sessions for LCS&IG Communications in order to enhance capabilities and awareness.

Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent .

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

9 years of experience.

Strong knowledge of communication strategy development and implementation experience.

Hands on knowledge and experience of delivering all aspects of the marketing/communication mix particularly creating promotional literature, event management and use of various media tools.

Knowledge of ADNOC's operations and various sectors, and ability to lead the delivery of tailored solutions in line with specific business requirements.

Strong knowledge of market and using behaviour analysis tools.
