About the Client:
An international French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Assist in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Demonstrate strong culinary skills in food preparation and presentation
Work with the Head Chef to create and update menu offerings.
Maintain food quality and consistency through regular checks
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
At least 3 years’ experience in the similar role
French cuisine and high end / fine dining experience is a must
