Our client is a well-renowned financial services entity. They are looking to hire a Soft Services Supervisor.
This role supports the hospitality manager in the day-to-day operation of the entity's HQ and be accountable during the manager’s absence.
The role takes the lead in running the entity's internal and external events to ensure an excellent image of the Council.
The job holder is responsible for the smooth running of the entity's visitor experience, with a focus on VIPs and the related arrangements.
Takes charge of the day-to-day operation within the entity's HQ to ensure all services are executed in a timely manner and in line with or better than the agreed service levels.
Responsible for performing constant inspections throughout the building to anticipate and identify operational issues, and to take the required action immediately so that all service requirements are fulfilled.
Manages projects or implementations of new services, equipment, or amenities in conjunction with the relevant service providers
