Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals.

Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Tik Tok, Threads, etc.).

Schedule and publish social media content via social media scheduling tools such as Meta for Business, Sprinklr, Hootsuit, Sprout Social, etc.

Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Engage with followers and build a strong brand community on social platforms.

Oversee customer service provided via social media.

Monitor the company's brand sentiment on social media.

Run social media advertising campaigns and analyze their performance.

Manage and analyze social media campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platforms and leverage them to optimize campaign performance.

Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to reach new audiences.

Collaborate with other marketing team members on integrated marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

Analyze social media data to track performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field (preferred).

3+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar.

Proficiency in content management and content management tools (such as Meta, Sprinklr, etc).

Proven experience in developing and managing social media strategies.

Strong understanding of marketing and social media principles and best practices.

Excellent copywriting skills.

Fluent proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus.

Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.

Strong knowledge of SEO and keyword search.

Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign and Premiere Pro (or similar).

Proficiency in using AI Tools.

Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
