What You'll Be Doing
Our Social Media Executive is responsible for implementing social media marketing for the brands.
Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in the development of the yearly digital marketing strategy; agree on action plans, and initiatives and finalise the yearly campaigns calendar (in line with the Global calendar)
Create effective social media content (copy and visual content) following the market's latest trends that are relevant to the brand’s marketing activities.
Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the brand image.
Interact with customers via the brand’s social media accounts.
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media content performance, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
Measure and report the performance of all social media content, analyse data to optimize the digital strategy, identify opportunities and conduct tests across all channels.
Monitor the brand’s online reputation & awareness through social listening tools.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
A University Degree in Marketing or any relevant field/ Master’s degree in Digital Marketing is a plus
Collaborative mentality
Copywriting skills in Arabic and English – Arabic speaking is essential.
Strong background in social media content creation is essential.
Experience in using social media management tools such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
Knowing key beauty trends and understanding the social media landscape
