Shipyard Service Manager Full-time Job

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in business development, preferably in the electrical and automation industry.

Strong understanding of shipyard operations and the specific needs of the shipyard sector, particularly Drydock.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel as required.
