Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 15 years of experience in shipbuilding industry with specific experience in shiplift operations

Strong knowledge of shiplift systems and operations

Experience in planning and coordinating shiplift operations

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Good communication and interpersonal skills
