Responsibilities:

Achievement of agreed targets for service contract business through the inside sales process

Management of the renewals for existing customer contracts plus the generation of leads for new contract business

Preparing quotations and communicating with existing and potential customers by phone and email to negotiate, sell contracts and secure orders

Support the development of marketing campaigns to existing customers and prospects, engaging resources from Marketing, Service and Sales

Understand and use all aspects of the SAP/CRM service module to effectively complete the downstream processing of received orders

Communication with Service Engineers and support thereof in planning of the maintenances

Requirements:

Proven experience in an inside sales or telemarketing environment

Education in Technical or Business field with relevant customer service experience

Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Excellent time management, prioritizing and organizational skills are essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high level of attention to detail

Good computer literacy with competence in use of CRM software.

Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal team
