Required Qualifications:
Experience: 8+ years in product management with a proven track record of designing, delivering, and launching high-quality software products.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the airline industry, particularly in digital product development, focusing on App and Web solutions.
Certifications: Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Agile Certified Product Manager (ACPM) is preferred.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with the Amadeus platform and familiarity with airline digital solutions.
Product Success: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple products, and make data-driven decisions using tools such as Mixpanel or Google Analytics.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on customer needs and feedback, continuously refining product features to maximize impact.
Design Thinking: Familiarity with design thinking tools like personas, empathy maps, journey maps, and story maps.
