Job Details

Ensuring the right implementation of the Emiratization, rules and policies as appear in HR law or any decisions and directions related to replacement of the non-local employees’ processes

Participate in preparing awards files by providing and presenting any data related to Emiratization

Preparing presentations and reports requested from departments including any data related to Emiratization

Provide the requirements of information and data for external parties regarding Emiratization and locals employees, and present to the regular meetings that required and replying to their inquiries

Study suggestions and recommendations of proposals and programs related to Emiratization across RTA

Any additional responsibilities as required by the department
