. Analyze fleet data to optimize performance and reduce operational costs.

2. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety standards and regulations.

3. Conduct regular fleet performance reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance fleet efficiency and sustainability.

5. Provide mentorship and guidance to fleet supervisors and coordinators.

6. Interface with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay updated on compliance requirements.

7. Oversee the purchase of new units and disposal of old units in accordance with the asset policy.

8. Ensure the accurate addition of new fleet units to the system.

9. Maintain organized and comprehensive asset files for each fleet unit.
