Qualifications

5 years of banking or financial services experience, focusing on relationship management and portfolio growth.

Excellent knowledge of business banking, trade products, and foreign exchange rates.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in customer complaint resolution and service delivery.

Ability to collaborate with internal teams and adapt to changing needs.
