Senior Quantity Surveyor Full-time Job

Key Responsibilities

Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project

Experienced in contract review, tendering, project budgeting, costing, quantity take-offs, pre & post-quantity surveying.

Carry out projects and site work progress inspection, monitoring, tracking and reporting.

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly

Assist in preparing and implementing SOP’s, method statements, risk assessments, process improvements, BOM review and value engineering.

Liaise with projects/construction/operations team on project evaluation, variations, progress mapping, claims and validations.

Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-term and long-term goals; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of the organizational objectives.

Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience within U.A.E.

Hold a bachelor’s degree/higher diploma in civil/mechanical/industrial/materials engineering or quantity surveying.
