Senior Project Manager Full-time Job

• Coordination with Procurement & Purchasing department for the timely supply of all required materials for site works.

• Effectively managing the material resources at site and control of materials wastage in coordination with Cost Control Manager.

• Review and finalization, with Contracts & Claims Manager, of final settlements for the projects, and submittal for approval.

• Review and finalization, with Contracts & Claims Manager, of variations and claims, and submittal for approval.

• To Submit Productivity Report on a weekly basis.

• Ensuring proper coordination and follow ups related to all authorities required approvals and to coordinate with Authorities Affairs Manager.

To ensure timely obtaining BCC and follow up the issuance of ToC and FAC with consultant and client
