Desired Experience And Technical Skills

Relevant bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in leisure, sport, tourism, hospitality or entertainment or combination

Master's degree in business, finance, investment, or a related field (leisure, tourism, hospitality) preferred

The candidate should be passionate about the sector with ideally 8-10 years of relevant in sports, leisure, and entertainment real estate experience.

Arabic speaker is preferred

Candidates with experience in real estate development, hospitality advisory, tourism, leisure and sport operation or hotel consulting are preferred.

Candidates are expected to have functional knowledge of the regional and global sport, leisure & entertainment market.

Good verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

Clear and logical strategic thinker with well-developed report writing skills.

Able to sit in front of the computer for long hours at a time.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with Excel and financial models.

Understanding of P&L, Financial Projections & Real Estate Development.

Skilled to develop feasibility studies with complete understanding of how to develop ROI, IRR, NPV, Payback etc.

Understanding real estate development and SL&E development.

Understanding demand determination and forecasting.

Skills to analyze monthly, yearly P&Ls and convert it into Report.

Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.

Be able to write reports based on financial analysis outcomes.

Must be able to understand and review Operator Management Agreements.

Exceptional customer service with a client focus.

Flexible to travel to meet clients as required.
