Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, experience in a healthcare setting is a must.

UAE Healthcare experience is a must.

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.

Knowledgeable in PQR (Dataflow MOH,DOH,DHA) and Licensing process (DOH, DHA & MOH)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and address current and future hiring needs.

Sourcing and Candidate Attraction: Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct sourcing, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Screening and Assessment: Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews, technical evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure candidates' skills and qualifications match the job requirements.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and set realistic expectations regarding the hiring process.

Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to make data-driven decisions and maintain a competitive edge in hiring.

Team Leadership: Oversee and guide junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
