Senior Game Designer Full-time Job

Requirements

Must have experience in Game Design for AAA games or own a compelling portfolio;

Knowledge of 3D level/game design tools and editors, primarily Unreal 4 & Unreal 5;

Full cycle and multi-discipline development experience is a must;

Understanding of gameplay densities and dependencies plus ability to unify all elements together;

A fine attention to quality and detail, both creatively and technically;

Strong creative skills;

Excellent organization and communication skills;

Understand scripting or ability to scrip will be treated as a big bonus;

Great leadership and collaboration;

Demonstrated ability to work self-directed when necessary;

Confident English level both written and verbal (at least Intermediate);

Knowledge of Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence);

Solid user of office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);

A gamer, with a strong passion for games in general;

Excellent knowledge of video game industry;

Ability to put oneself in player's shoes.
