Senior FM Engineer Full-time Job

Required Criteria:

Bachelor degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 8+ years UAE experience in FM Industry

Holder of an FM certificate (FMP or CFM preferred)

Familiar with computer-aided design (CAD) software and CAFM software

Knowledge in Troubleshooting, Estimation, Budgeting, Site assessment, able to use AUTO CAD & read drawings.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Vendor and Contractor Management

Risk Management

Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards in facilities management.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong project management skills.
