Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Proven experience in managing and maintaining ELV systems

Strong knowledge of structured cabling, security systems, audiovisual systems, and building management systems

5+ years of experience in facilities management, with a strong focus on luxury settings and high-end clientele

In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards

Proven experience in implementing energy-efficient practices and technologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-end hospitality setting

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for electrical system analysis and monitoring

Knowledge of relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards
