Senior Executive (AP) - Finance Business Partner Full-time Job

Candidate Qualifications, Experiences & Skills:

Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACA)/Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Qualified

Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in managing payments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong IFRS Knowledge, VAT Compliance, hands on accounting and operational experience in related industry (Real Estate or Construction).

Working Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, Unifier and Salesforce.

Ability to work with and interpret data

Problem-Solving & Analytical SkillsUnderstanding of the RERA Transaction Accounting System and Escrow payment mechanisms

Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Attention to detail and able to work in a dynamic environment.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines.
