What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our relationships with e-tailers globally and locally, growing the business through a comprehensive approach to trading. Reporting to the SVP of Beauty, your responsibilities will include:

Devising and executing trading strategies that will deliver sustainable growth across the beauty division

Develop and implement the e-tailer strategic vision and goals, collaborating with key industry stakeholders to align the e-tailer strategy to meet the overall business objectives

Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the e-tailer business, such as acquiring new brands, expanding product categories, entering new markets and onboarding new e-tailers

Managing budgets and working with finance to set targets, deliver forecasts, optimize costs and drive revenue growth

Collaborating with the brands to guarantee a ‘one team’ approach to trading.

Helping the local brand teams unlock the full opportunity with their global HQs

Manage the trading calendar for all e-tailers to share with the brands to maximize growth through their key promotional activities

Develop and implement the assortment and inventory plan to match the sales plan, working closely with Supply Chain and Operations to maximise inventory across the channels

Partnering closely with the e-tailers to grow our presence on their platforms.

Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions, monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s), identify areas of improvement and reporting weekly sales reports to management

Implementing pricing strategies and fee structures which align with the business goals.

Driving innovation with new approaches to trading, merchandising, & marketing to ensure the product is well represented and as per the brands guidelines

Being a positive ambassador of the broader organization and culture

Promoting the Group’s industry reputation in ecommerce and trading

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Strong track record in ecommerce trading with comprehensive P&L ownership

Previous Marketplace/E-tailer experience preferably within Beauty Category

Good understanding of the different levers that drive ecommerce success.

Natural ability to use data to confidently take decisions and spot opportunities

An excellent communicator with outstanding relationship management skills
