Senior Data Analyst Full-time Job

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.

4-6 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on collections, financial services, or fintech.

Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Solid understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.

Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

Knowledge of performance KPIs and operational metrics in a collections or financial setting.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured analytical approach.

Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex insights.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the BNPL or financial services industry.

Understanding of credit risk and collection strategies.

Familiarity with CRM and collection management systems.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
