Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or related field

3-5+ years of experience in Technology Advisory, ERP advisory, Digital Transformation in a consulting firm

Digital Transformation background / experience is essential

Strong understanding of core business processes in at least one functional area (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Supplychain)

Knowledge of at least one major ERP product (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) from a functional perspective

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and system architecture principles

Experience in business process optimization will be an advantage

Participation in at least one full lifecycle of ERP implementation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings with client stakeholders

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges

Certifications from ERP platforms (e.g. Oracle, SAP), on Business Analysis (e.g. PMI-PBA), on Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) will be a plus

Certifications in agile methodologies, digital transformation, or related areas will be a plus

Experience of on-job coaching of associates and/or consultants

Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio & MS Projects

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and/or English
