Knowledge/Qualification & Experience
Minimum 12 years of extensive experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Preferred 5+ years of experience in Logistics and Warehousing in Defence Manufacturing company.
Bachelor degree in supply chain management, business administration, or industrial engineering
Masters degree with a focus on logistics or operations
Preferred Certifications in Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) / Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) / Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) / Lean Six Sigma
Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, warehouse management systems), negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms with vendors, carriers, and other stakeholders, such as pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
