Senior Analytics Manager Full-time Job

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience using digital analytics to drive business/marketing results in B2C companies

At least 2 years of experience with A/B testing tools, including hypothesis development for website optimization

Proficiency in SQL

Proficiency in either Python or R for data analytics

Track record of driving significant revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategies

Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and mentoring analytics teams

Ability to influence cross-functional and upper management decisions; willingness to “have an opinion” backed by insights and analytics to achieve the best outcomes
