Senior Accountant Full-time Job

Marketing / A&P budget control, SharePoint updates and timely month-end expense provisions / tracking in SAP

Issuance of weekly A&P spend tracker with open / pending document status and brand-wise reconciliations

Preparing debit notes and receivables claims from third party principals / suppliers with supporting evidences

Create fixed asset records, depreciation booking and fixed asset register with Excel workings reconciled to SAP data

Posting accruals and adjustment entries in SAP and assist with MIS / management reporting at month-end closing

Handle SAP ECC to SAP S4 ERP HANA transition and ensure new workflows with deliverables / outputs are setup

Coordinate internal and external audit requirements, also ensure adherence to internal operational SOPs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Applicant should have at least 2-3 Years exposure of FMCG industry

Should be a Graduate at least

Should have exposure of Receivables, Payables, Marketing/A&P budget control

Must have exposure of SAP
