Security System Operator Full-time Job

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain various security systems such as motion sensors, alarms, cameras, card access systems, and related systems

Perform routine audits and tests of security systems to identify any practical issues

Carry out emergency drills and tests with teams to ensure efficient protocols

Work with internal and external partners to ensure communication and collaboration between parties

Respond to all queries and requests from internal or external partners in a timely and professional manner

Investigate any potential security breaches and take necessary measures to rectify

Ensure all security systems are fully functional and data is securely stored

Requirements

Proven experience in security system operations

5 years of experience in monitoring and maintaining security systems as well as administering emergency tests and exercises

Good knowledge of various security systems and protocols

Ability to work with a team and take the lead on projects

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organised
