The main responsibilities are:

Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity.

Regularly sell hotel rooms, meeting rooms, and food and beverage to client contacts.

Establish client base of individuals, organizations (DMC, EMC), associations, social, and/or corporate businesses through direct outside and inside selling to secure business for the hotel to ensure that room night sales and revenue goals are met or exceeded.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and potential clients.

Using Knowledge of market trends and target customer Information to maximize revenue

Negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rental, function space, and/or hotel services within approved booking guidelines.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Responsible for 100% account penetration by establishing close relationships at all levels within the assigned accounts

Gains understanding of the location’s primary target customer and service expectations serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solutions.

Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.

Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Key departmental contacts include all hotel departments.

Arrange and conduct special events, site inspections, and off-site presentations for potential clients. Entertain clients in accordance with established company and hotel.

Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.

Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to showcase our MICE service.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our venue or destination.

Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends using CRM systems and other tools.

Prepare regular reports and updates for management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
