Responsibilities:
Manage, Monitor & Develop a portfolio of key retailers in accordance with the strategy of the division
Full accountability of Invoicing sales & Net sales
Create annual business plan to achieve agreed growth (sell-in, sell-out, stock in trade etc.)
Drive profitability of the accounts P&L and follow up on ROI/Revenue growth management and growth margin
Lead all negotiations with retailers on key launches, share of space, activity plan, and stock management
Establish and develop partnerships and strong relationships with key stakeholders and conduct quarter business reviews
Participate in the commercial strategy, trade marketing, supply and finance alignment meetings
Cascade commercial plans to his team and ensure execution excellence.
Conduct thorough analysis to track key accounts performance (sell in- sell out)
Ensure commercial objectives and KPIs are clearly set for the team and monitored monthly
