Primary Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities :

New Vendor registration with continuous pursual.

Project pursuit to determine pipeline of opportunities.

Expanding Business to new territories by business travel.

Business presentation to potential clients.

Contract negotiation and scrutinizing contracts before signing off.

Leading marketing campaign in the region including presentation at conferences for brand awareness.

Contributing in adding new products to the current product line to improve our product base and market share.

Providing revenue target to management and following up in monthly budget progress meetings.

Enhancing our service offering by adding new services to Sunbelt’s portfolio.

Closely monitoring the bid register to monitor the desired results are met and working on improving any

loopholes.

Managing the current customer base to get repeat business by understanding their buying behaviour. Setting a

target for top 10 clients on the basis of their past performance.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyze market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential

for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Continuously improve through feedback.

Handling entire sales cycle from the beginning till the end.

Providing sales bid for the safety package as per client specific requirement.

Representing Sales department in monthly management meeting and giving presentation on performance.

Managing the current customer base by ensuring we are getting repeat business from them by understanding

their buying behaviour. Setting a target for top 10 clients on the basis of their buying behaviour.

Ensure compliance to HSES Policies, Plans & Procedures as applicable.

Ensure compliance to Information Security policies and procedures as applicable.

Role Specific Competencies :

5+ years experience as business development and sales management role in reputed oil gas, construction industries in UAE or GCC countries.

Bachelor of Commerce / Business administration or equivalent.

Preferably lady, Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Valid UAE Driving license with own vehicle (required).

Hands on experience in handling client enquiries and bid preparation(required).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS office, outlook, teams, Visio and relevant software.

Ability to travel across countries and region for business purpose with out restriction.
