Responsible providing administrative support to the Sales team in the following areas.
Extracting information from customer enquiry documents to assist the Sales team in preparation of opportunity overviews as part of the decision to bid process,
Liaising with NOV legal department to manage timely replies to customer NDA requests.
Completing pre-qualifications associated with applying for addition of our Wellstream Processing portfolio to customer Approved Vendor Lists
Compiling and or formatting quotation documents in standardized template based on content provided from engineers and Sales team.
Accurately filing documents received from customers during tendering process.
Assisting with miscellaneous tasks as required, which may vary depending on the specific needs of the team being supported.
