Your role will be included but not limited to:
Lead the front desk operations to guarantee a seamless check-in and check-out process
Oversee IHG one reward loyalty and ensure members benefit and recognition is in place
Uphold exceptional guest service standards, ensuring prompt and personalized assistance
Maintain precise records of room availability, reservations, and guest profiles
Oversee our dedicated housekeeping team to maintain impeccable cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas
Monitor occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction scores, striving for continual improvement
Implement revenue-maximizing techniques, such as upselling and yield management
Recruit, mentor, and guide rooms division team members to foster a high-performance culture
Cultivate a harmonious work environment that encourages collaboration, teamwork, and professional growth
Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and recognize achievements
Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints with grace and efficiency
Contribute to the creation and management of the rooms division budget
Monitor expenses rigorously, control costs, and proactively identify revenue growth opportunities
Ensure rigorous adherence to safety and legal regulations within the hotel
Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
Proven experience in rooms division management within a luxury 5-star hotel
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with hotel property management systems and reservation software
