Key Responsibilities

Setting and implementing the Creative and Visual Merchandising strategy in line with the transformation, business vision and objectives and contribute to the overall process of decision-making.

Contribute to the Customer experience strategy and journey for the brand, providing ideas and suggestions on store design/ layout, etc., in collaboration with the Marketing team and Retail team.

Formuate the Retail Design, Architect and VM budget for the brand for the year, and allocate these in different areas to ensure the budget is optimized, utilized efficiently and adhered to.

Create new designs and strategy for online and offline channels, providing a 360 approach for the brand's transformation, ensuring great story telling to our customers and providing an excellent customer experience journey.

Lead the creative design strategy for all store openings, pop ups, collaborations, etc. in collaboration with all key stakeholders (Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail, eCom, etc.).

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 13 years of experience in retail design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of retail design principles and trends.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
