Restaurant Manager Full-time Job

Must have a solid food and beverage background working in a five star International environment with at least 2- 4 years in a management position

Someone who has South American/Mexican and Asian dining experiences is preferred.

Used to highest service excellence and standards and familiar with bar and restaurant services and customer relation.

Must be used to a high volume outlet

Good knowledge of wines and beverages from around the world.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for service excellence, well groomed and physically fit.

Must be approachable and sociable in nature.

Must be computer literate.

Will be managing 50 plus multi-cultural workforce.
