Resident Engineer Full-time Job

Required a Resident Civil Engineer for a remote island in Abu Dhabi for a private property.

Responsible for renovation works, coordinating with Inhouse team & subcontractors.

manage and plan project timelines, budgets and staffing.

create and interpret digital blueprints and structure plans.

inspect construction project sites for safety and efficiency.

Proper mobilizing of all the casual jobs/ projects

Expert in preparing cost estimation with the objective of reducing costs and maximizing gross margins.

Monitoring team's performance on project completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

5+ years of Inspection experience including a background in both field inspection and office engineering.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret contract documents and construction plans and specifications.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.

Ability to effectively manage project team members. Must be very organized and have effective problem-solving, leadership and negotiation skills.

Ability to work on multiple projects/deadlines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
