What You Will Be Doing

Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, packages, and special promotions.

Assist guests in making reservations, modifications, and cancellations, while adhering to hotel policies.

Utilize the hotel's reservation system to process bookings and manage guest preferences.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.

Maintain a deep understanding of the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to effectively assist guests.

Up-sell and cross-sell hotel services and amenities to enhance guests' stays.

Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide the best possible service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Your Experience And Skills Include

Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (Russian Speaker)

Friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Previous experience in hotel reservations or a customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
