Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting them to clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable expertise to clients and candidates.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets and goals.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of strong end-to-end recruitment experience, with a focus on mid to senior-level full-time hiring in both IT and Non-IT sectors.
Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment agency or staffing environment is a plus.
Demonstrated ownership of projects and a willingness to consider and implement new suggestions and ideas.
Active listening skills and flexibility to adapt to changing client and candidate needs.
