3-5 years of strong end-to-end recruitment experience, with a focus on mid to senior-level full-time hiring in both IT and Non-IT sectors.
Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment agency or staffing environment is a plus.
Demonstrated ownership of projects and a willingness to consider and implement new suggestions and ideas.
Active listening skills and flexibility to adapt to changing client and candidate needs.
