Recruiter Full-time Job

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to making offers.

Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure they meet our requirements.

Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify top talent from diverse channels.

Foster a positive candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.

Managing communication with job candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the recruitment process.

Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Recruiter with strong background within hospitality industry.

Excellent knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently, while also being a great team player.

Ability to work in a highly fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Flexibility to work on-site or remotely, depending on company requirements.

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
