Recreation Attendant Full-time Job

Your responsibilities are:

Assist guests with their activities around the Recreation grounds (i.e. operation of equipment, provide/collect towels, re-stock amenities, constantly drying the floor for safety, observance of security measures, etc.)

Be very observant on activities around the areas ensuring that only legitimate hotel guests are using the facilities.

Have a thorough knowledge of safety and emergency procedures and exercise at all times.

Assist guests and provide friendly services at all times.

Thoroughly clean all areas including all equipment using authorized cleaning agents.

Keep all areas clean and organized at all times.

Collect and deliver linens, towels and other items as needed.

Maintain and rotate adequate supply of clean linen and towels.

Assist in the periodic inventory of linen and towels.

Responsibly use all available system and equipment and report facility problems observed.

Have a complete understanding and adhere to hotel’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health, rules and regulations.

1 year related experience in same role

A naturally outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence to consistently deliver and demonstrate voco service standards

A true “team-player” mentality and flexible attitude towards a diverse set of tasks

Have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
