Receptionist Full-time Job

As Receptionist, Dolphin Bay you will ensure all guests needs are met and they are assisted in a warm and personalized manner. You will keep a high energy and positive environment while working with a great team. You will take care of bookings, provide comprehensive information on resort facilities and take care of payments. Moreover, you will be involved in special promotions, events, and actively upsell resort activities by directly approaching guests across Aquaventure Waterpark. This position will require a flexible approach and does involve working outdoors and standing for long periods of time.

About You

An ideal candidate will have a strong work ethics and desire to continuously learn and develop at our resort. You will have excellnet communication skills and result focus approach. Previous experience in a guest facing customer service role is a must, Opera and Galaxy experience is highly desired. Fluency in any of the following languages will be a big plus: Russian, Arabic, Spanish, French, Mandarin, German.
