Requirements

Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred

Experience in a yacht club or luxury hospitality environment is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
