Reception Supervisor Full-time Job

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior reception/hostess role within a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and creating a positive working environment.

Guest Service Orientation: Passion for providing exceptional customer service with the ability to anticipate guest needs.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and management.

Reservation Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant reservation management systems (such as OpenTable, Resy, or SevenRooms) and strong organizational skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet, handle guest inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.

Professionalism: A polished, well-groomed appearance and a welcoming demeanor.

Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s operations.
