Ensure the inflow of work from Insurance partners
Follow up on LPO’s, communication with workshop and advisors
Ensure CSI is maintained within the department
Ensure front of house is always clean and presentable
Ensure business partners are satisfied and updated properly together with correct documentation.
Comply with all laws and regulations including work policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organize of workstation.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Perform ad-hoc tasks required by Regional Bodyshop Manager.
